Today i attended my first sewing class session..yeay!..since my phone camera is in an RIP state and my cam is currently at a cam clinic, i didnt manage to take any pics..:(..nvm..there's 5 more sessions to go..Anyway, one thing i've learnt today is,sewing takes a LOT of patience..seriously tiring..i haven't even started using the sewing machine yet !just scissors,tracing paper,that rolling thingy & rulers!..i guess it's due to the 1 month over resting condition i'm in..im tired of resting too much..hahah..might sound funny..but seriously i wanna be on the go again!actively running around the ward or something..ni macam tugu depan tv yang leh letak bendera kat tangan & tak bergerak sebulan..
Owh2!!..1 thing that proved i'm dumb in maths(cz i was in d 1st place anyway & cz i've been watching the tv too much) is when i had to measure the kain today, my teacher was teaching me how to read the measuring tape in inches cz apparently they had their own reading in the sewing world..they even had a name for that line on the tape!it sounded like hoon@koon@toon or something!..anyway..so she said "your shoulder to knee is 39 inches and 3quarters..so u'll need to divide it with 4 and add another half..so u'll get?"(something like that laa)..and i was like..wait2..ummm..ummmm..what's 4 times 9??3 quarters plus half would be??..(she was already writing the answer on the drawing)..oooo..okey2..(U_U)..
So to all the youths out there..learn yr maths well..don't just get an A in high skool,an A again in matrix,then in university,i give u 2+2 u can answer 4..but when i give u 4,how do u get 2?..and u go..wait2..umm..ummmm.. make sure it enters yr memory & stays there to avoid future embarrasment!
